Tell the truth about what is cooking today, the price and when it can arrive. Keep the promises you make.

Bring what people ask for back to the kitchen, so we cook for real demand instead of guessing.
Who this is for
- Comfortable on your own two-wheeler around Vizhinjam, Kovalam and southern Trivandrum.
- Malayalam first, with enough English for visitors. You like talking to people more than sitting at a desk.
- Curious rather than pushy. You would rather find a useful local idea than repeat a sales pitch.
- Organised enough to keep a simple book of who you met, what they need and what was promised.
