Online submission means the kitchen has received your request. An order is accepted when Hooked Harbor confirms it in the private tracking page or directly by phone.

Availability and delivery

Menu availability, service hours, delivery areas, preparation times, and estimates can change with catch, stock, weather, and kitchen capacity. We may contact you to agree on a substitution or cancel an unavailable item.

Payment

Payment is collected by cash or UPI at delivery or pickup. The total shown at checkout uses current server-owned prices. We never ask for a UPI PIN or one-time password.

Changes and cancellation
