These terms apply when you use the Hooked Harbor website, contact us, or book seafood pickle products from us.

Bookings
A booking creates an order record and order ID; fulfilment depends on available batch stock and confirmed customer details.
Food Safety
Seafood pickles may contain fish, shellfish, spices, oil, vinegar, garlic, and other allergens.
Customer Care
Contact us quickly with your order ID for corrections, fulfilment questions, or product concerns.

Ordering and Booking
Products are prepared in limited batches. When you submit a booking, we generate an order ID so the order can be tracked and discussed clearly.
An order may still require confirmation of product availability, pack size, quantity, delivery or pickup details, and any payment instructions before fulfilment.

Product Information
We work to keep product descriptions, pack sizes, prices, images, and stock details accurate. Seafood availability, spice batches, packaging, and fulfilment timing may vary, so final order details are confirmed before fulfilment.

Prices and Payment
Prices are shown or confirmed in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, special packing, or location-based fulfilment costs may be confirmed separately. If payment is requested, follow only the payment method confirmed directly by Hooked Harbor.

Food and Allergen Information
Our products may contain fish, shellfish, mustard, spices, oil, vinegar, garlic, ginger, curry leaves, and other common ingredients used in seafood pickle preparation.
Customers with allergies, dietary restrictions, pregnancy-related food concerns, or medical dietary requirements should contact us before ordering.
Do not consume a product if the jar seal is broken, the product appears spoiled, or the smell, texture, or packaging seems unusual.

Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate name, phone number, delivery or pickup details, product selection, pack size, and quantity.
- Check the order summary and contact us quickly if anything needs correction.
- Store and consume products according to the guidance shared with the order or printed on the packaging.
- Do not misuse the website, contact channels, brand assets, product images, or order system.

Changes, Cancellations, and Availability
Because products are perishable and made in small batches, changes and cancellations are handled based on preparation status, dispatch status, and product availability. We may decline or cancel an order if details are incomplete, stock is unavailable, fulfilment is not practical, or the order appears fraudulent or abusive.

Liability
We aim to provide accurate information and careful fulfilment, but the website and contact channels are provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these terms limits customer rights available under applicable law.

Message us with the product name, pack size, delivery location, and any allergy or storage questions. We will confirm the batch details before fulfilment.
